About Me

My name is Sandra Varga and I have spent several years of my life working in the healing arts. I began this journey at the age of 17 working for the Academy of Medicine of New Jersey. In 1998 I received certification in Medical Administration and Basic Patient Care from the Cittone Institute In Princeton. In 2002 I received with honors my Diploma as a Health Technologist from mercer County Technical Schools in Hamilton. I hold several other certifications under my belt and an AA in Science/Music from Mercer County Community College. In May of 2007 I began my studies in Massage Therapy working closely with my mentor; Nationally Certified Massage Therapist Hope Dembrosky. In November of 2009 I received my credentials and have been seeing clients through Washington wellness Center in Robbinsville New Jersey.  This was a lateral move for me as much of my working experience had been in traditional western medicine. I spent time in several different specialties such as: Hospital emergency rooms, Womens Health, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics,Dermatology,Oncology,Ophthalmology,Chiropractic,Physical Therapy and Pharmacy. In addition to all of the above I'm also a musician and teacher. I study and teach classical piano as well as Native American Flute.

Through experience and research I have discovered ways to regain balance and learned the importance of maintaining overall wellness in body mind and spirit. Thank you so much for visiting my site. Please feel free to visit my complimentary site which was created to promote overall wellness at
